HOUSE RENOVATION, LITTLE VENICE

A new roof extension was added to this early 19th Century paired house and the basement opened up to create a contemporary open plan living space. A narrow and dark front light well was enlarged to allow daylight deep into the plan of the basement and a flowing modern fairfaced concrete planted ziggurat with stone steps improves the access to the living space and links it with the garden
